A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party service that supplies the result. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If a visitor contacts us, we receive the information included in the message and use it to respond.
Information Logged Automatically
Like most hosted websites, the service records routine server-log details such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for site operation and reader-use patterns. Cookies or comparable tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
That limited data helps us operate the service, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell a list of visitors or create profiles of individual users.

Links may lead to Doña Ana County offices, New Mexico records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy rules of the destination control any information submitted there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.

Visitors may ask about personal information this site holds or request its correction or deletion through the Contact page. Because our records are limited, we review the contact mailbox and relevant server logs, then remove information we find when appropriate. The research did not identify an enacted comprehensive New Mexico data-broker deletion law. New Mexico’s Nondisclosure of Sensitive Personal Information Act, NMSA 1978 §§ 10-16I-1 through 10-16I-4, instead restricts certain intentional disclosures of protected sensitive information by state employees. It does not give this private site control over records held by county, state, or city custodians. A request to remove or correct a public record belongs with the office that controls it.
